Foreign Affairs Minister Ts.Munkh-Orgil paid an official visit to Nepal, from December 19 to 20, at the invitation of Nepalese Foreign Affairs Minister Prakash Sharan Mahat.

During his visit, President of Nepal Bidhya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister of Nepal Pushpa Kamal Dahal, and Speaker of Nepal’s Parliament Onsari Gharti Magar received him.

He met with Foreign Affairs Minister Prakash Sharan Mahat to discuss relations and cooperation between the two countries, as well as regional and global issues.

The ministries agreed to organize mutual visits between their nations’ journalists and media outlets, to hold dialogues on global issues, and to develop cooperation between their two legislatures.

An agreement was signed between the governments of the two countries on visa exemptions for Mongolian and Nepalese holders of diplomatic and special official passports.
