During the first parliamentary session held on Tuesday, President of Mongol Bank N.Zoljargal was allowed to resign and N.Bayartsaykhan was appointed the new president of the central bank.
The appointment was made valid right after the decision was made, and N.Zoljargal handed over his seal to N.Bayartsaikhan.
N.Zoljargal has been Mongol Bank’s president since September 2012. The newly appointed president, N.Bayartsaikhan, graduated from Irkutsk State Agrarian University in 1982. In 1992, he graduated from Moscow State Academy of Business Administration with a Ph.D. in economics.
